The rules of the catalog — purchases, deliveries, returns, refunds and website usage.
By browsing this website, placing an order, or using any available service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions governing purchases, deliveries, returns, refunds, and website usage.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including their name, phone number, email address, and delivery address. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays, failed deliveries, or cancellation.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, sizes, colors, pricing, and availability are accurate. Minor variations may occur due to screen settings, manufacturing differences, packaging changes, or supplier updates.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable or cannot be supplied as displayed.
Prices displayed on the website may change without prior notice. We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate pricing, but typographical, technical, inventory, or pricing errors may occasionally occur.
Submitting an order represents a request to purchase the selected products. Orders may be reviewed before dispatch to verify product availability, delivery information, contact details, and other necessary information.
An order confirmation may be provided through the contact information submitted during checkout. An acknowledgement does not guarantee fulfillment if the product becomes unavailable, information cannot be verified, or the order cannot reasonably be completed.
Cash On Delivery is the only payment option available. Customers must pay the complete order amount to the authorized delivery agent when the parcel is successfully delivered.
Customers are responsible for having the required Cash On Delivery amount available when the courier arrives. If payment cannot be completed, the delivery may be unsuccessful and the parcel may be returned or the order cancelled.
Customers are not required to provide credit card numbers, debit card details, online banking credentials, or other online payment information to place a standard Cash On Delivery order.
Orders are generally prepared for dispatch within 24 hours. Estimated delivery may take approximately 2–4 business days depending on the destination and courier network. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during the ordering process. Any free-shipping eligibility or promotional shipping offer will be applied according to the conditions stated on the website.
Delivery may be delayed because of weather, transportation disruptions, courier capacity, incorrect address information, public holidays, regional restrictions, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Customers should be available at the provided delivery address and respond to reasonable courier communication. If a customer is unavailable, refuses the parcel, provides incorrect information, or cannot complete the Cash On Delivery payment, the order may be returned or cancelled.
Customers may request cancellation before an order is dispatched. Once an order has entered the shipping or delivery process, cancellation may no longer be possible. Orders may also be cancelled because of product unavailability, inaccurate information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Eligible products may be returned according to the applicable Return & Refund Policy. Customers must follow the specified return timeframe, product-condition requirements, and return instructions.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the product ordered, customers should notify customer support promptly. Photographs or other supporting information may be requested to verify the issue.
Approved refunds are processed after the returned product has been received and inspected where applicable. Since all purchases are completed through Cash On Delivery, refunds are handled separately from the original payment collection.
Eligible refunds may be processed through bank transfer, UPI, digital wallet, store credit, or another supported refund method. Courier and pickup agents are not authorized to provide cash refunds at the doorstep.
Customers are responsible for using products according to applicable instructions, labels, warnings, and manufacturer recommendations. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper, unauthorized, or negligent use.
Discounts, promotional offers, bundles, and special pricing may be subject to additional conditions, product exclusions, availability limits, or usage restrictions. Offers may be modified or withdrawn when necessary.
Customers agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website functionality, introduce malicious software, collect information without authorization, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
Website content, including text, product photographs, graphics, designs, layouts, icons, and other materials, may be protected by intellectual property laws and may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially used without appropriate authorization.
We may use trusted third-party providers for logistics, hosting, communications, analytics, customer support, and other operational services. Such providers may operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
Personal information collected through the website is handled according to the applicable Privacy Policy. Information may be processed as necessary to fulfill orders, arrange delivery, provide support, manage returns, and process refunds.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability relating to a purchased product is limited to the purchase price of the affected item. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from product use, website use, delivery delays, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural events, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, communication failures, labor disruptions, or other unforeseen events.
We may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary to reflect changes to our products, services, policies, procedures, or applicable requirements. The latest version published on the website will apply to future use of the services.
